Limited Warranty
EZ Bedpans LLC warrants individual, commercial and institutional purchasers only each new EZ Bedpan unit purchased from us to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
This warranty does not cover any units which have been damaged by accident, abuse, improper placement, or altered in any way.
This warranty does not extend to any product purchased from unauthorized online sellers.
EZ Bedpan products are used for the collection of urine and feces, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns due to the risk of infectious disease propagation (the possible spread of disease).
NO REFUNDS EXCEPT FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE.
